Patient Care Coordinator
Shanice joined the practice in September of 2019. She happily assists our patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, cleaning hearing aids and much more. It is her top priority to make sure each patient has a great experience whether it be a phone call or a visit to our clinic. Shanice is originally from Milwaukee, WI and moved to Lake Charles, LA in 2014 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a major in general studies and a minor in dance. She enjoys traveling, trying new things and spending time with her husband, their two beautiful girls and puppy.
